Everyone likes a good tag, especially me. I think, for this week's theme, this is absolutely appropriate. I would have done my top 5 TV shows but I did that on my blog, which you can view HERE! Anyway, here is the TV show tag, showing you my firm favourites and not so firm favourites of the TV universe...
1) Best TV pilot?:
I am including this, even though it is a Netflix special. Orange is the New Black's pilot was incredible because it told the story so well and introduced the characters so nicely, as well as hooking the viewer (i.e. me), who will then have to binge watch the show for days on end.
2) Worst TV pilot?:
Pretty Little Liars' pilot was terrible. I love the TV show but it took me 3 attempts of the pilot before I fully watched it and moved on, only to realise the rest of the show was really good (not including series 6B, which was terrible, but we won't mention that).
3) Best Series Finale?:
'Gavin and Stacey' was most definitely my favourite finale because although I did not want it to finish, it really did it justice (even though there was a Christmas episode, we don't count that as the finale!)
4) Worst Series Finale?:
How I Met Your Mother is probably the worst I could think of at the moment, It was just a bit disappointing after 9 seasons.
5) Favourite TV Actress?:
Difficult one! Probably Miranda Hart because she does TV and comedy and I love that combination. It is a very hard question, though, I must say!
6) Favourite TV Actor?:
I love Tom Hiddleston in The Night Manager. He is so nice and such a good actor. In The Night Manager, he was so mysterious, yet very sexy!
7) Most Disappointing Cancellation?:
Ugly Betty, by far. 11,12,13-year-old Katie was completely devastated and after rewatching it recently, 16-year-old Katie was completely devastated.
8) Best Opening Titles?:
Orange is the New Black is pretty impressive. All of the people in the titles are real prisoners, which I love about it! It gives it some real depth to the show.
9) Favourite Female Character?:
Spencer Hastings from Pretty Little Liars is a definite favourite. I love her and I can relate to her in a few ways, which really adds to my enjoyment of the show, by far!
10) Favourite Male Character?:
Sheldon Cooper, from The Big Bang Theory. I love his dry sense of humour, which isn't always meant for his character, but he plays it so well!
11) Least Favourite Character?:
Elliott Rollins from Pretty Little Liars. There are many words to describe him, but the most appropriate one is an idiot. He is/was a complete idiot.
12) TV Crush?:
Benedict Cumberbatch. He is so dreamy and I love Sherlock and oh I love him so much!
13) Favourite Childhood TV Show?:
Victorious was my favourite for a very long time, with a close runner-up of Big Time Rush. They were such decent shows! When did I start watching rubbish?
14) Favourite Teen TV Show?:
That is difficult, but probably either Ugly Betty or How I met Your Mother. Obviously, I am still in my teens, but I am focusing on early teens here.
15) Favourite Show of All Time?:
Either Gavin and Stacey or The Big Bang Theory. I can watch those shows over and over again and never get bored of them.
16) Show I Regret Watching?:
I can't say I regret watching any show, there are just some terrible ones that I have sat through.
17) Favourite Animated Show?:
The Simpsons or Family Guy. Both make me laugh so much and I don't watch them often but when I do, I automatically get into the story line because it is different every time.
18) Favourite Guilty Pleasure Show?:
The Desperate Housewives of *insert American City/County/Cheshire here*. I love watching this and just criticising it and laughing at their comments about each other!
19) Favourite Mini Series?:
Sherlock, although I hate that there are only 3 episodes to a series!
20) Most Embarrassing Watch?:
Probably 'The Millionaire Matchmaker'. I don't tell people I watch this for reasons obvious to us all.
21) Character Whose Wardrobe I Would Most Like To Steal?:
Hanna from Pretty Little Liars. She has such nice clothes!
22) Show I Would Most Like To Be On?:
Probably Gavin and Stacey, just because it is so funny and then I would be able to find out what happened on that fishing trip!
